Qigong ("chee-gong") is gentle mindful movement that engages the energy of the body, mind and spirit to attain increased vitality, strength, focus and health. Group classes are fun and easy to join and no prior experience is necessary. Suzannah has been leading and teaching Qigong ("chee-gong") public classes for several years throughout the Bay Area. Private qigong and tai chi training classes are also available!
